Marunda Flats Park Area Being Arranged

Some 250 joint personnel together with residents, arranged the park area in the Cluster B area of Marunda Flats, Marunda Urban Village, Cilincing Sub-district, North Jakarta.

It is targeted for completion by the end of this month

Flats Management Unit Region II Head, Uye Yayat Dimiati said the arrangement has been carried out in stages since last Monday (11/6). It would include all parks in three flat clusters.

"Last week, we focused on the arrangement in the garden area of Cluster A Marunda Flats. The arrangement aims to restore the function of the park around the building," he expressed, Monday (11/13).

He explained the arrangement this time involved joint personnel from the Flats Management Unit Region II, Marunda Urban Village PPSU, and North Jakarta Environment Sub-agency.

Technically, today's activities included cleaning up garbage, pruning trees, controlling illegal buildings and violations of Gubernatorial Regulation number 11/2014 on the mechanism for occupying simple rental flats.

Apart from cleaning, the arrangement also aimed to socialize a clean culture among residents and care for the environment, as well as supporting preparations for the Adipura 2023.

"This is a routine agenda every day. It is targeted for completion by the end of this month," he stated.
